30 km west from Valladolid, 14 km east from Tordesillas and 19 km north from Medina del Campo (A6 motorway, Madrid-A Coruña).

The cheese factory occupies an old building, painted in English red, on Matapozuelos road.

DESCRIPTION

Visit a traditional artisan cheese factory, which produces sheep cheese from raw milk. They keep alive the cheese-making traditions of this area, ageing the product on wooden boards, in an underground cellar.

The explanation of the whole process is adapted to adults and children.

Tour 3. CHEESE FACTORY AND WINE CELLAR VISIT

The tour is completed with a visit to the historic underground cellar ALBERTO GUTIERREZ, older than 200 years.
