DID YOU KNOW?
- The Tempranillo grape variety, symbol of Ribera del Duero, is one of the most commonly used in the production of wine in Spain. It comes from two older varieties: Albillo Mayor and Benedicto, the latter no longer existing.
- Matarromera sells a polyphenolic natural extract from the red Tempranillo grape from vineyards in the Ribera del Duero and from the white Verdejo grape. VINESENTI is used in many dishes to enhance the taste, colour and aroma of the food, while helping to avoid oxidation by its high content of antioxidants.
