DESCRIPTION

Come and discover top quality organic oil, in situ, in an innovative olive oil mill belonging to the Matarromera Group and next to their Emina Rueda winery.

Surrounded by vineyards, OLIDUERO is the result of years of research evaluating how olive trees may be grown in the climate and soil of Castilla and Leon, which has allowed it to expand and add value with an alternative crop to those traditional to the region. In addition, the olive oil mill has been designed with sustainable criteria in mind, using various ecological systems of resource utilization, such as the use of olive stones in the biomass boiler.

During the tour you will get to know about the process of making extra virgin olive oil and many other curiosities of the world of olive oil, finishing with a tasting of two varieties of this liquid gold.
