Bodega VALDELOSFRAILES Winery

The winemaking experience of the Moro family (Matarromera Group) has been extended to the D.O. Cigales, with the creation in 1999 of the VALDELOSFRAILES winery. Its premises are surrounded by vineyards, which mostly grow the main variety of the area, Tempranillo or Tinto Fino.

Bodegas GORDONZELLO winery

The leading winery of the D.O. Tierra de Leon, with more than 25% of its production. An example of innovation and technology, where all the harvest is mechanized, while it has managed to maintain the winegrowing tradition of the area, encouraging the growing of the local varieties.

BODEGAS VELASCO E HIJOS Winery

An underground historic wine-ageing cellar (17th century), in the basement of a traditional house, on 140 sqm2. The perfect place to get acquainted with the traditional way of winemaking in the land of Toro.

BODEGAS Y VIÑEDOS NIEVA

For wine connoisseurs, the name "Martúe" is a big one. The group owns several wineries, this one in Segovia, one in La Guardia (Toledo) and a third in Portugal. The Nieva winery was set up in 1989, as part of the D.O. Rueda, as a project to resurrect the winemaking tradition that existed in the village and its surroundings.

Fabrica de Charcutería LA VENTA TABANERA

La Venta Tabanera is one of the few surviving manufacturers of Cantimpalos ‘chorizo’ (spicy pork sausage) that still keeps the tradition alive. This chorizo has been made in Cantimpalos and the surrounding area since 1900, and is currently accredited by a denomination of its own, its hallmark and the guarantee of its high quality.
