Artisan cheese factory, with their own livestock (800-900 sheep). The product is only made from their sheep’s milk, which are fed without compound feeds.
Other than pure sheep cheese, the factory also produces small creamy sheep cheeses, curdled with vegetable rennet.
A panoramic glass window located at the upper floor of the factory provides an insight into the whole cheese manufacturing process. The explanation is followed by a video screening. The visit finishes with a guided tasting of their cheeses.
Mar, the responsible for the visits, always adapts her message to the characteristics and interest of each group.
